key specifications such as composition, structure, weight, and intended use. Our technical team offers guidance to ensure the proposed fabric aligns with both functional needs and sustainability goals.

Based on the approved specifications, we source the yarn directly,
selecting only high-quality, certified fibres. Our focus is on responsible
sourcing — prioritising organic, recycled, or sustainably produced yarns
to meet the client’s standards for performance and eco-consciousness.

At E+3 Plus, we use advanced circular knitting machines that ensure
precision, consistency, and efficiency. Our equipment allows us to produce a
wide variety of knit structures, adapted to the specific needs of each client —
from lightweight single jersey to heavy double knits and specialty fabrics.

At this stage, we apply the desired colors and finishes using eco-friendly dyes and
sustainable methods. The process ensures color accuracy, consistency, and a variety
of finish options — from softening and brushing to anti-pilling or antibacterial
treatments. We maintain the fabric’s integrity while enhancing its look and feel,
with every roll inspected for quality before shipping.

Once production is complete, every fabric roll undergoes a final quality
check to ensure consistency and excellence. We then carefully package the
order to preserve the fabric's condition during transport and arrange
prompt delivery to the client, anywhere in the world.
